Your child can learn chess from home with a coach and a shared digital board. Beginners can start with the pieces and rules. Children who already play can work on tactics, plans and game review. Tell us where your child is now, and we’ll help you find a suitable class.

New players can start with how the pieces move. Children who know the rules can work on tactics and planning. Tell us your child’s age, experience and preferred format, and we’ll suggest a class to consider.
Ask us about the coach, class format, current timetable and fees. Share your child’s age and experience, and we’ll explain which online class may fit. If your child has never played, that is a useful place to start the conversation.
Your child learns with FIDE-rated coaches who have over five years of coaching experience. They explain moves clearly and give children room to ask questions as they learn.
Children practise spotting threats, comparing moves and explaining their choices. Each position gives them a decision to work through at the board.
In class: find the opponent’s threat before you move.
Skills practised in chess lessons.

The coach puts a position on a shared chessboard and asks children to look closely before they move. They can try an idea, explain it and see what the position teaches them. It is a live lesson, with room for questions along the way.

Chess Panda also teaches in person. Choose a centre to see its location details and ask about current batches.

Chess Panda coaches use positions and games to help children spot threats, compare ideas and explain their choices. Read the coach profiles to learn who teaches each programme.
